sharing the randomness - 25 casie facts
The rules go as follows: Once you've been tagged, you are supposed to write a note with 25 random things, facts, habits, or goals about you. At the end, choose 25 people to be tagged. You have to tag the person who tagged you. Blah, blah, blah...
Here we go:
- I was born in Canada to New Zealand parents and have dual citizenship (Canadian/New Zealand).
- I danced ballet, tap and jazz as a kid and completed in competitions across Ontario as well as Showstopper in NY & Myrtle Beach, SC. I was 5 with fake lashes and red lipstick!
- I wrote a book and became a published Canadian Author at 14. It was titled Jeans: An Anthology of Poetry and Prose. The Toronto Star wrote and article about me titled "Push Over Keats, Teen Muse Steps Ahead".
- I went to Uni in Australia and lived at Bondi Beach. It was the best year because I learned the most about myself and WHO I really am.
- I hate scary movies. I get queezy and I don't like to put bad images in my head. I'm crazy enough already!

- I still have all my Barbies and their vintage outfits. I hope to get them made in my size one day.
- I have a Green Belt in Tae Know Do and once knocked out a boy (Note: James Roszell) in grade 8 at school. Mum thought I'd get in trouble but I said "Mum, do you think he's gonna tell anyone?"
- I hate the number three. I don't do anything in threes.
- I grew up around vintage cars and vintage clothes. My Dad builds hot rods and mum was a photog for Canadian Street Rod Magazine.
- I named my sister Jenie because EVERY doll I had before she was born had that name. I love her.
- When I was 16 and had braces, I did a commercial for an electric toothbrush that aired in the US.
- My Mum is my hero. She is so inspiring to me and has instilled good values and confidence.
- I'm a very loving, positive girl. I tell my friends I love them all the time just so they know ♥
- I ride an red vintage bike with all summer and it makes me feel free! I love it!
- I am very artsy. I like to draw, paint, write, make jewelry, sew clothes, pastels, chalk, you name it I do it. Borderline Artistic.
- I went swimming with wild dolphins on the coast of the Bay of Islands in New Zealand.
- My middle name is Diana after Princess Diana. My mum loved her.
- I have more clothes than any friend I've ever had. It's an issue but I wouldn't change it!
- I have conversations with myself. I think I'm funny. We're best friends.
- I've won a beauty pageant and a bikini contest. Once I was a Sunshine Girl. My hair was long and red and I had huge boobs.
- My favorite gift I ever received was a hardcover Thesaurus from my parents in 1996.
- I'm addicted to Twitter. I love it. I learn so much and get smarter and smarter each day. Follow me @casiestewart
- My Dad was a professional gymnastics/trampoline coach when I was a kid. I'm flexible and can still do the splits.
- I have a bad memory. I started my blog to keep more memories and no one read it but ME for at least the first year. Now I write about things that can help make the world a better place, review products people send me and share my thoughts on life. It has really helped my memory and writing is my passion.
- I have lots of different talents and believe I can achieve anything. My career goal is to be the Awesomest I can be.

riverside adventure
We grabbed walking sticks to ensure we knew exactly if the ground was hard or soft and to make it easier to jump over stuff. This also helped in breaking up the ice on the boardwalk. It was really fun.
great times in the hometown
The sun was shining so bright I needed to wear my sunnies. In the car Karrera has a crystal and I caught some rainbows on my tattoo's as we drove through the sunshine.
recent trend: branding

i went to my favorite store. apt 909
My favorite store in the city is Apt. 909. I love it. I go in, love it most when I'm the only one there. I drop all my stuff and take off my shoes. The music is great and the atmostphere is like stepping in to another world. I got new glasses and a pretty dress.

Twestival Party - You should have been there.

Mum loves Twitter Search
Yesterday I sent a Tweet referencing the buzz about Twitter Search & it re
placing Goggle Search for the most current news. Mum saw the Tweet on my blog and looked it up. Turns out, she, just like myself and many others now knows where to get the news as it happens, Twitter. Lately, I get all my news there in real time. Newspapers and many sites are reporting things the day after they happen. That's not good enough for me, I like to know the scoop first. I'm going to set Mum up this weekend on Twitter. She has alot of good advice and knowledge. Surely taught me well! I think she will be my next #followfriday recommendation.Labels: Twitter
a BILLION, yes, a BILLION

The Twestival is organized 100% by volunteers in cities around the world and 100% of the money raised from these events will go directly to support charity: water projects. Check out this vid featuring the woman behind Twestival TO, Sarah Prevette by Daily Challenge: the people i know in a cloud
I find that the amount of new stuff I learn each day is greatly increased by following these people. The Twitsphere is an ongoing life stream of what is happening in the world around us online and offline. If you don't use Twitter yet, get on it! You can follow me very easily and begin the learning and sharing for yourself. I find it to be the greatest social tool at my fingertips for getting smarter, staying connected and branding. Twestival is a party uniting Tweeps from around the world. It is on Thursday, February 12th. Get your tickets here.he's just not that into who?
The movie was pretty good, not your average chick flick. Slight emotional roller coaster, yet realistic. Basically, if a guy doesn't either call/text/email/facebook/myspace/twitter/PIN/voicemail you, he is not interested. In our world there are so many forms of communication, why waste your time waiting for someone to reach you? Lesson learned - if they want to talk to you, they will. It mentioned how all those magical love stories your friends tell you to make you feel better are all exceptions to the rule. Are you the rule or the exception?Labels: free stuff, Hilarious, love, movie

a story of beauty featuring me by darren
Alas, the night begins...
I was ready to relax, add some new blonde over my old ugly and chop a few strands off.
I was totally having a lovely time being the focus of his attention as I patiently awaited the results.
VOILA!! My hair is looking bangin' with bright blonde and partial mahogany pieces to spice it up. The pix just don't do it justice. It's lovely. New camera comes next week.
Thank you Darren for making me feel so pretty. If you would like Darren to run his fingers through your locks call him, he's a babe. Find him @ www.darrenkwik.comgettin' ma hair did
I've read a bunch of reviews of his salon and it has an excellent reputation. Darren was a hairstylist for the 2008 Much Music Video Awards and also took part in Redken’s Annual ONE X ONE Cut-A-Thon which raised awareness and funds in support of child poverty in Canada and around the world. Stay tuned for how beautiful my hair looks tomorrow!!so what i'm crazy, that gives me freedom

As soon as someone says that you are crazy, they really give you the power and freedom of expression to do whatever you want. You can transcend all boundaries of what people consider normal, because they already know you're 'out there'. This motivates me and gives me encouragement.Stay tuned there is always more here, it comes from somewhere in the universe..
