A Fish Story from Jeff Bridges
A guy who lives at Lake Conroe (50 miles north of Houston ) saw a ball bouncing around kind of strange in the lake and went to investigate.
It turned out to be a flathead catfish who had obviously tried to swallow a basketball which became stuck in its mouth!!
The fish was totally exhausted from trying to dive, but unable to because the ball would always bring him back up to the surface.
The guy tried numerous times to get the ball out, but was unsuccessful. He finally had his wife cut the ball in order to deflate it and release the hungry catfish.
You probably wouldn't have believed this, if you hadn't seen the following pictures...
He said."Be kinder than necessary 'cause everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle."
And that is just why I posted it. Hope you enjoyed it too.

Give Climate a Chance
Environmental Defense Fund site about 'Global Warming Myths and Facts'. I found it to be quite interesting, including the PDF with all the signatures form the Gleneagles G8 Summit in 2005.
that's a scary thought

I was on Facebook this morning and I saw this pic in Armand Diego's album "NYC: Outsiders NY, VMAN party and the KOOL AID MAN". Scarrrry thought. I'm considering being Sara Palin Zombie. I bet that would be a little too scary and I'd rather not give her the satisfaction of having me be her. Not that she would ever know or care but if I put it on the internet she could see it and comment on it. What if 'Casie the Zombie Palin' became the new 'Joe the Plumber'. Like, seriously, am I really ready for that. Is she? Is anyone? I don't think so. But...tomorrow is another day that is part of Halloween Week in the Wonderful World of Casie.
I just found this out. Todd Mitchell Palin (born September 6, 1964)[3] is an American oil field production operator and the current First Gentleman (self-styled "First Dude")[4] of Alaska. He has taken some college courses but does not have a degree. Gregg Erickson, columnist for the Anchorage Daily News, said that Palin "obviously plays an important role ... I've seen him in the governor's office, and I know she's conducted interviews in the governor's office with him present." Mr. Palin is copied on e-mails dealing with official state business. He helped write the state budget, has been involved in personnel matters, and has called lawmakers when he or his wife have disagreed with what they have done." Sexy Fucking Shit Vic.
Miss Posh scored the Bridal cover of Indian Vogue this month. She's so fucking hot man. The hairpiece is nice in the photo. I think she could have had some more jewels, makeup & cultural accessories. She is a bride after all. I wonder if she had any henna on her hands? That's my favorite! My friend from work got engaged and she had the most beautiful ring ceremony in Indian with all the accessories. Labels: Casie Stewart, India, Indian Vogue, Posh
Gotcha.
Something spooky was happening last night...Big spiders triumphant in the night crawling, creeping across the corridor on the crackling floor . I grasped my gadget and gladly grabbed the little bugger as he danced along my arm trying to get higher. I would not let him. I refused to have him in my head. I refused to let anyone knock me dead. His little legs dangled and danced as I tossed him into the night sky. What flight may take him soaring high? It is the wind. It is the moon. Little spider, I will see you soon.Labels: art, Casie Stewart, Spider, Tattoo, Toronto

One of my Fav Things
One of my Fav Things. Found it at a garage sale on Playter Crescent around Danforth, my old hood. The Mum at the house worked on movie sets and had heaps of unused costume shiite. It was totally rad. I wonder where this jem may have traveled!!!:She knew one day she would own enough clothes
and everything in her life would be better."

Moon of Scorpio
Hey. I've got a bunch of Scorpio's around me whom I truly love. I got this email from the Kabbalah Centre in LA today. I also get this great message from Yehuda Berg to pass on to you:"This week, hold fast to your dreams. Now's the time to make them happen. And if you are already living the dream, you can live it in ways previously unknown to you.Start something new. Take an old project off the mental shelf and breathe some life into it. Be open to 'coincidence' and 'randomness.' Opportunity is everywhere. Be bold and start your year with a note of certainty and success.
All the best, Yehuda"

As a Kid
My mum always taught me, just because you don't have money doesn't mean you can't compete. It merely means you must be more creative. Andy, says to think rich and look poor.
So, with these two influences I find myself thinking rich, and finding creative ways to make money all the while looking stylish yet competitive. Thanks for the influence.
